The Wordshop Editing team is experienced and dedicated.

Co-founders Joanna and Heather brought Wordshop Editing to life in 2011, creating an experienced team of passionate and dedicated writing and editing professionals. They deliver a premier linguistic experience to individuals seeking help with all things words. Wordshop Editing is their workshop dedicated to turning your projects into masterpieces.

Our editors have backgrounds in a wide range of fields, including magazine editing, scholarly editing, and corporate editing. The Wordshop Editing writers have worked as writing coaches and authors of web content for travel websites, e-commerce businesses, and blogs. Heather - Cofounder

Heather has worked as an editor and writing coach for five years, primarily in the academic and corporate arenas. When she’s not spreading the joy of the written word through editing, Heather likes to work on her own children’s picture book manuscripts and spend time with her husband.

Joanna - Cofounder

Joanna began her career as a copy editor for a magazine, but has since devoted her efforts over the past three years to editing academic content. When Joanna’s not editing, there’s a good chance she’s trying to beat her husband at Scrabble.
